After being with company earlier and working another time around its a shame the company is two worlds apart. One club 23rd/park is great, cooper is alright but all others are horrible. I expected more from a company who prides themselves on being an elite club. Instead of being up there with Reebok and Equinox they're more like Dolphin and Ballys. Old equipment, sub standard classes and trainers more interested in getting hooked up than helping members who need help. Clearly their concept is not working. Stop putting profit in pockets and reinvest into new year with better equipment.
