I have been using NY Maids for almost four years now. I use the same woman all the time and she is wonderful. I have never had a problem. The woman is also very hard working and very honest.

If you care about your apartment I don't suggest using NY Maids. Take the time and find a good cleaning service...there are plenty of options out there. I would characterize NY Maids service as superficial and inconsistent..My last cleaning was a utter nightmare...Mgmt wreaks of incompetence. It pains me to give this company even one star.

Not the average cleaning service. Great customer service, great perks, not to mention great service. You'll definitely get your money's worth here.
