One Equity Partners, also known as OEP, is an equity investor in management-led buyouts and growth capital financing in corporate partnerships and divestitures. It invests $50 million to $200 million per transaction. The firm has investments of approximately $4 billion to acquire more than 40 companies in the defense, chemical, health care, technology, travel and manufacturing industries. Established in 2001, One Equity Partners assists corporations for off-balance-sheet acquisitions, asset monetization and compliance with regulatory requirements. It has equity investments in North America, Europe and Asia. The firm s representative companies include Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Globalpack, NCO Group, Prodigy Health Group, and Sud-Chemie. One Equity Partners manages over $5 billion of investments and commitments for JPMorgan Chase & Company in direct private equity transactions.
