We've been waiting at the Met over 45 minutes and no bus. The claim is every 15... not so. Their website said the bus was in the area 30 mins ago....not so. A phone call to them said traffic was heavy yet we've seen 5 ir 6 Grayline buses and still no one loop. I don't recommend.

Don't get into open loop trap...especially the ones for Open Loop! I'm not sure why we listened to them, as they lied about the services they provides.Ticket agents tell all lies to sell the tickets. Open Loop staff is aware of it but still they are not taking actions on these agents.

They told me that statue of liberty ferry is included in the ticket and later we found that we got cheated. And their customer service staff is very rude and they just say "SORRY". I noticed big bus, Gray line, city tours has much better in frequency like every 10/mins. We bought 4 tickets, they made us buy by telling lies. Don't go with them.
