Oysters XO is a mobile raw bar catering company that provides oyster shucking, serving, and educational services during special events and parties. Our team of Oyster Girls and Oyster Guys travels throughout the country to shuck oysters and interact with event-goers at celebrations, including weddings, bachelorette parties, non-profit events, and bar-mitzvahs. We provide services at various venues, ranging from large-scale events at locations such as the Ritz Carlton and the New York Public Library, to private in-home parties. Classes are available to teach clients the proper way to shuck, clean, and eat oysters, as well as purchase our custom oyster-shucking products.
