This is to alert you that this store is the lowest of the low... I walked in to this store on August 2, 2008 to exchange some merchandise I purchased last week. In order of occurrence this is what happened:



1) There was no line in the exchange counter so I walked to the counter and explained to the employee behind it that I wanted to exchange some brassieres I'd purchased last week and a pair of pants as they were too small. She yelled at me with a sharply unpleasant, highly pitched nasty tone: WE DON'T EXCHANGE BRASSIERES HERE (pointing to a sign up high on a spot near the ceiling) WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO WITH THESE (grabbing on to the pants I wanted to change) and screamed GO THERE (pointing to the pants section) AND GET YOUR SIZE! I replied to her: I'm a customer, you should say please and she gave me a dirty look and ignored me.



2) I proceeded to get the correct size for the pants and returned to her (because she kept my receipt and pants I'd bought). When I got these items back, I told her next time say please and left to go to the entrance to pick up my packets with the ticket I'd been giving to hold them while I was in the store.



3) The attendant at the entrance in charge of holding on to any outside bags square himself in front of me, opened his eyes really wide and gave me my bags and insulted me saying: "HERE STUPID A... (the rear part of the body), GO OUT!!!!!.



I told him I was going to call him the police because he didn't have any rights to talk to me like that and he replied: CALL THEM, CALL THEM. I got out of the store and called the police, who strongly recommended me not to go to that store again.



I am appalled at how this can happen at a store in the biggest capital of the world... Is there no respect for seniors nor customers any more???????? You be the judge.
