The cleaning crew does an excellent job, cleaning mornings and turning our bed sheets before bedtime. It is resplendent, the understated elegance shows throughout the hotel. The concierge is so helpful. The bathroom is modern, big and nice. We enjoyed a light lunch which was delicious and reasonably priced.

The hotel is at the best location.The King size bed and linens were plush, and the headboard was interesting. The bathroom is clean and modern. The location is perfect and the hotel personnel was always friendly.I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I can only speak from our experience and found this hotel wonderful.Our room on the 17th floor and smelt lovely and clean. The room was cleaned everyday. Our bathroom was fine and we had a bath tub as well as a shower.Overall we were delighted and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is brilliant.

This was my third time staying at the Milford Plaza Hotel. Each stay has been met with the same consistency which is an transcendent point of this hotel.The hotel has a very comforting feel that begins with the check-in desk and lobby bar to the elevator to the rooms.

The room decor was lovely and we really enjoyed staying there. All was clean, spotless and tidy.The bed was comfortable.The complimentary water bottles in the mini-bar and the coffee machine in the lobby was wonderful gesture. The hotel work force was excellent!The location was perfect.We can warmly recommend this hotel.

A ravishing suite that functioned like a small apartment - a bedroom with two king-sized beds and a flat screen,four person dining room area, huge bathroom.The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect.

The best quality of this hotel is it's location. It's just 1 or 2 blocks away from some shops and restaurants and cafes. The service was excellent and the hotel personnel were friendly. I had a comfortable stay. They also delivered a free newspaper each morning, which came in a bag that had Newspaper embroidered on it. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel.

The concierge and check in desks in the lobby are warm and inviting .Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel has a magnificent feeling to it. The rooms were nicely remodelled and very clean. Lots of little extras like comfortable robes and slippers. The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic.And the decor is very beautiful.We would definitely stay there again.

The most impressive part other than the heavenly bed was the friendliness of the hotel personnel. The front desk was welcoming and helpful.It truly deserves to be in the luxury collection. The service is outstanding........

Paramount Hotel is a great New York Hotel and we enjoyed our stay. we are very enjoyed here, staff service great, Due to the location and the size of the hotel i felt safe at all times.Small but clean. I only slept there so I didn't mind that it was small. It could probably do with a face lift sometime soon. The bed was okay but a bit too hard for my taste. The room had a safe which was great. The only things missing were: fridge, kettle and perhaps a better TV.

Great place and excellent assistance. The area was relaxed, silent (even in the centre of Periods Square) and the place personnel was top knotch. Liked breakfast at Rick's.

The place was excellent. Personnel was very awesome and willing to please. Locations were little and a bit damp, but clear. Great perspective.
