Literally HATE living in one of their properties!!!! Between the drug dealers, nasty neighbors and the Managers doing NOTHING about it, I can't think of anything good to say. They lost my payments and expect me to replace the money orders that THEY lost!!! I moved in and within two months, I was chasing a mouse around my apartment! They want the rent on time, but make no efforts to be attentive to tenants' needs..

ZERO STARS. The other reviewers are spot on. I had a one year lease at 150 W. 140th St, and the day I moved in, I knew I made a big mistake. For one, the building is a hell hole; they are aware that drunks sleep in the hallways, people do/sell drugs on site, and break into the building --- and yet MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING. On top of that, my apartment was broken into within 3 months of living there. Take a look at HPD's website, and see how many housing complaints they have -- HUNDREDS. The employees that answer the phone when you have a complaint (which will be VERY OFTEN) must have never graduated from high school. It is a joke. They say they will call you back; they never do. When they turn off the gas, water, or electricity, no one tells you ahead of time. When I moved out, they told me to call them to let them know so I could get my deposit back, which i did. 50 days later, I called and asked what's the hold up. Jhoanni says, "Oh you moved out? I didn't know. No one told me." I said, lady, I called and told Katharine (the DUMBEST, RUDEST, MOST INCOMPETENT employee there who helps manage 150 W 140th St), who told me that they would take care of it. Jhoanni says, "Well you didn't speak to ME." EVER HEARD OF COMMUNICATION YOU RETARDS?! Do yourself a favor, don't even think about moving to any building managed by Park Avenue South. Absolutely horrible.

The most incompetent management company in New York City. Think twice before being a tenant with this group of completely rude, unhelpful and lazy property managers. No returned phone calls, rude employees with no customer service skills or care for tenants.

Also, be sure not to call in the early afternoon, because they're on their 2 hour lunch break from their 6-7 hour day. I wish I could work here and have zero responsibilities like this bunch!

As a member of the NYC real estate community, I am truly disgusted by the treatment I have received and the absolutely horrific quality of my building. Please take my review to heart and take your rent money elsewhere!

Park Avenue South Management, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
