Unfortunately the inevitable happened. I hoped I would escape the bedbug infestation of NYC but alas I was hit. Fortunately I used Pest Away. Thank goodness for that. I was just terrified and simply grossed out at the thought that I had been living with bedbug.

Pest Away sent me a prep sheet and I went to the office just to get some needed supplies. I needed to do my part in order for the job to get done properly and I did what they asked. As I looked around my home I didn't see how anyone would be able to exterminate seeing how i had bagged up everything in my home and it was just very difficult to move around. However when they showed up they assessed the situation and went to work. The 2 exterminators (Jason and Dennis) worked diligently and tirelessly to set my fears aside. I was impressed not only by their professionalism but their hard work.

Do yourself a favor and hire Pest Away to get rid of unwanted pests!

I have come to know and trust this company over many years of using them. the original way I came to trust them is when they correctly told me I did not have bed bugs when other places had assured me that I had an infestation and need to spend a few thousand dollars to get rid of the problem. that type of honesty and integrity has come through in all of the many different types of pest issues I have had in my buildings over the years. I have come t rely on their exceptional expertise and professionalism. They are a pleasure to deal with and understand what customer service is all about.

Excellent company. they did a fantastic job getting rid of a nasty be d bug problem. They were fast, nice, honest, and certainly knew their stuff. I have since sent their name out to others who had roaches and they were just as good. In NY you need good people to call,

Life is a bowl of cherries, but I always seem to get all the pests. The nice folks at Pest Away Exterminating were really nice and very skilled at getting rid of a onetime roach problem, waterbugs, and then we had moths, then mice. I must admit that this was not all at once but over course of a couple of years. Pest Away sourced out all of these issues in the building we were living. Kudos to Jeff and his boys.

I am a landlord of a building that had a raging bed bug issue. I had been through several reputable NY firms, but none were successful. I had a nightmare bed bug problem that was easily handled by New York bed bug experts, Pest Away exterminating. The owner wrote the books on bed bugs, and knows whatever needs to e be done to solve the problem. Really nice technicians, very patient and nice office staff, and Jeff is a great Guy. Pest Away is number one in bed bugs. yayyyyy Pest Awayyyyyyy.

I am a busy professional with kids and a wife. I really don't have time to waste on exterminating companies who all claim to be experts on bed bugs, because you cannot all be experts. After doing some real homework, the credible referrals had one name on their lips, Pest Away. They had a fantastic resume, and I saw they had been on CNN , NY Times and solved Bill Clintons problem. They were great, and I can vouch for them to be true bed bug experts, all others, I suggest you do you homework.

I needed a really good exterminator to get rid of a mouse problem in my restaurant. I obviously wont say the name of my establishment, but needless to say that the board of health was on the verge of closing me down. I also had a really bad fly problem. I was desperate and called in the best. Pest Away went gang busters on my place and have not seen a roach or fly in 3 months. the board of health department inspector was amazed how great the place looked. They will be my new pest guys in the future.

We had a bed bug problem tearing through our building. We had spent over 30 thousand dollars on exterminating and still not solved. I was referred to Pest Away Exterminating by Council woman Gail Brewer, who was the lading activist on bed bug legislation in NYC. That referral was golden, Jeff Eisenberg the owner was very nice and so knowledgeable. He devised a well thought strategy of attacking the building. He gave a great seminar to all of the tenants and explained to importance of cooperation and calmed our fears. We have been bed bug free for over 4 months now( for the first time in 3 years). If you have bed bugs you need to call Jeff at Pest Away.

Water bugs were infesting our apartment to the point my kids did not want to even sleep there at night. We had tried spraying, bombing, and any other thing that different exterminators thought could work. We were ready to sell the apartment, but we figured we would give one last try to a Best Exterminator in NY as per NY magazine. We called Pest away and they figured it all out, it was quite amazing and relieving all at the same time. We went from seeing 4 a day consistently to zero. Pest Away's guys are smart, nice and clearly know what they are doing. The pricing was fair, the guarantee was superb, and the efficiency and skill was certainly the best in NY. I would certainly use them for anything they service.

I used Pestaway for my bed bug infestation. They were really nice and offered me a discount because I had spent so much already on another place. They really had no obligation to do that, but it shows that the owner has a really big heart. I read his book and you understand he really cares about people. In the end you get what you pay for and you need to go with a reputable Co. like Pest Away. When calling ask for Sherell, she is really nice , patient, and helpful.

Don’t make the same mistake I made, call the professionals FIRST. I wasted time with rinky dink pest control companies who were essentially con artists with spray cans in an attempt to quickly fix my bed bug problem. Only problem? They made it worse! Jeff’s crew came in and restored my brownstone and my sanity. If you have bed bugs, make the call to Pest Away and get the job done right the first time.

Ants were taking over our apartment. I tried spraying but they only kept coming back. After unsuccessfully attempting to manage the problem ourselves, we called Pest Away. The technician came by and did an amazing job. Haven't seen an ant since!

G M B you must be on crack. DON’T LISTEN to that person. This company is SUPERB. I have went to three different companies for my roach problem but NONE of them could solve it. I finally found Pest Away and they were amazing. The prices were surprisingly cheap and the problem was fixed within a week. The service was great as were the prices. DON’T LISTEN TO THE HATERS.

Great company and service. The staff were extremely nice people. The technicians were also very helpful as well. Answered all my questions and concerns. Hopefully I won't have to call them again but if I did I would call pest away. Thanks !

Bed bugs are probably my number one fear in the world. When my super told me someone in the apartment had bed bugs I absolutely flipped. My super arranged an inspection w/ one of the guys from Pest Away and I must say they did an amazing job. He answered all my questions about bed bugs and was very patient with me. Thank God I didn’t have bed bugs but if I ever did I would definitely call Pest Away.

My kids are very active and always outdoors. I keep telling them to clean up after themselves but they NEVER listen. One day my son comes up to me and says he has bite marks on his leg. We go to the doctor and he tells us they are bed bug bites. My doctor referred me to Pest Away and I immediately ordered an inspection. The person that came was extremely helpful and assuring. The problem was fixed within days with no problems or issues. Very good.

I spent a lot of money in getting these people to come over to my place. Someone came over and they said there is a 90 day guarantee. I have a small apartment in midtown east and the fella came and did his job, took one hour and left. I started to keep my house clean but the mice never went away, they always stayed indoors.



Now I'm not a violent mouse chasing person and that doesn't help at all. I set numerous traps but the mice are never caught. There arent half a dozen of them, just one or two. I called back after ten days to complaint and ask for a revisit. They said they cannot send someone out and I will have to give it more time.



I called after a month, left numerous messages and noone has gotten back to me since.



I am truly disappointed and would never recommend this particular company to anyone reading.



They could have atleast got back to me and sent someone out again but they never bothered after the first visit. What they did do was block certain places the mice came from but I was promised a 90 day period which is a complete rip off.



Be judicious in your decisions.
