Three years in the planning, we wanted to create a quick service restaurant using the healthy foods people used to eat when living rurally, made with fresh produce, free-running chickens/cows and organic products. That philosophy extends into the physical design of Pick and Eat, by using energy saving LED lighting and re-claimed wood that has a lower impact on the environment. We have spared no cost in minimizing our carbon footprint.
