Arrogant obnoxious receptionist who refused to answer questions and refused to pass the call to a supervisor. Calling at another time (after being hung up on many times) we finally reached someone to help - but then we concluded that it would not be beneficial to have our phone system in the hands of a company that allowed their phones to be handled by such an unprofessional, discourteous person.
