This place may be convenient, but my very best advice is to fuse your wool yourself, safe some money, and avoid the mess that I unfortunately had to deal with.

First of all, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. Their system for marking the right (or wrong) side of the fabric to be fused is completely unclear--I verified with the girl 100 times what side needed fusing, and sure enough the wool was fused on the wrong side. When I explained the problem they became instantly defensive, blaming me for the issue (I'm pretty sure I would know what side of the wool I wanted clean). They talked over me the entire time.

While I am a student, I am also a paying customer, but according to the owner of Quick Fuse, I'm just a student, I'm NOT a customer, and "This is my education."

Quite frankly, if you want to put your money into a business that doesn't respect and have the desire to help people trying to learn about their resources in the industry, be my guest. I find it very depressing how condescending a business can be while having no problem taking students' money.

The manager proceded to throw my wool at the end of the table near the door, and told me to take the fusible off myself. I now have to pay $26 in dry cleaning to try and fix their mistake.

Someone in every class that uses Quickfuse ends up having a problem similar to this.
