We are experts in providing support in Proxy/Consent Solicitations as well as Tender & Exchange offers. We offer “All-In Fees” (all of our out-of-pocket expenses are included within our stated fee) so there are no per call costs involved when your shareholders contact us or if we call them. Almost all of our competitors charge per phone call which greatly increases their final bills. Our call center is in NYC, we never outsource calls and all of our calls are made by human beings (not automated dialers.)
