Senator Robert F Wagner Middle School is a four-story building located in New York City. Its facilities feature a library, gymnasium, auditorium, tennis courts, computer centers, art classrooms, instrumental practice rooms and more than 10 science laboratories. In addition to the core curriculum, the school focuses on critical reading, writing and thinking skills. It serves more than 1,400 students in grades six through eight and has over 125 faculty and staff members. Senator Robert F Wagner Middle School s science department provides an understanding of physical, earth and life science concepts. Its foreign language department encourages the appreciation and enjoyment of other languages through a multitude of active learning experiences. The school also offers an array of sports activities, such as soccer, volleyball, track and field, tennis, softball, basketball, hockey and gymnastics.
