Rothschild Asset Management, formed in 1962, is a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rothschild North America, a holding company that manages the U.S. operations of the Rothschild Group. Rothschild Asset Management manages tax-exempt accounts and offers investment management services in the small, medium and large capitalization areas with value orientations. Each of its products has an asset-based capacity constraint that is based on the capitalization, liquidity and trade volume characteristics of their respective underlying stock universes. Rothschild Asset Management is located in New York City.
