NEVER rent from here. They bought a building I was residing in and we were asked to leave our apartment before the lease was up. We complied with every single request including staying home TWO days in a row from work to deal with Heating people who never showed and an exterminator. We agreed to leave early IF the company would give us our security deposit within 5 days of moving out- we even have a notarized copy of this agreement. We had to continually remind them to send this, it was still 3 days late AND it was incomplete. They still owe us $55 and will not respond to simple email requests. Disgusting way to run a business.
