FOCUS ON ALIGNMENT AND FORM

Over time Ed realized that poor nutrition and technique led many of his clients to injuries. Consequently, all of Ed’s training and movements are designed to minimize risks and maximize rewards for clients that may have vastly different goals and levels of commitment. Most of the emphasis is placed on strength training, nutrition, body alignment and form that enable you to create the safest yet most effective workouts possible.

TEACHER AND COACH

Teaching clients how to have an efficient workout is critical. In other words, your training sessions have to go beyond counting reps. Ed’s focus is on effectively working with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you dream of running your first mile, doing a strength class or running a marathon, Ed’s training can help you surpass yourself. As a Level 2 and 3-track coach, Ed is well versed in delivering results and motivating clients at all fitness levels.

As founder & president of SandersPhys, a unique physical consultancy that develops customized workouts to bring clients to a greater physical fitness level and better understanding of themselves as well as their potential. Through a thoughtful and specialized approach to working out, Ed nurtures his clients’ ability to sharpen the focus in training, nutrition and overall fitness both at home and at the gym. Ed's signature approach emphasizes individually tailored outcomes, as well as expertly planned workout routines for various body types and clients. 

Credentials

Ed holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from Temple University as well as a BA in Physical Education and Health from Seton Hall. He is also New Jersey Board Certified in K-12 Physical Education and Health.Professional experiences include being a trainer and consultant to some of the top gyms in the country, advising clients seeking to improve their overall health and physical conditioning regardless of age or level of fitness. Ed has designed and managed special fitness and training programs for universities, corporations, and New York Institutions. Clients include professional athletes, celebrities as well as individuals from all walks of life and ages.
