Sheelin Wilson has been one of the top New York Gilders for more than 25 years and is a member of The Society of Gilders since 1988. Her clients include private individuals, interior designers, antiques dealers, architects, museums and auction houses.
Sheelin Wilson has drawn not only on her early apprenticeship in Ireland with Emily Naper at Loughcrew Studio, but also on working with such master gilders as Thomas Hom at Sotheby's Restoration.
She continues to educate herself at conferences of the Society of Gilders, where she shares her wealth of knowledge.
