I wish I could rate them with 0 stars. Silverstone Property Group has no consideration to their tenants. This company bought my building this year. They have commenced major renovation while people are still living in adjacent units. The halls are full of dust, often coming into individual apartment units. You can barely breathe walking in the building. Water is shut off a few days a week, as well as gas. The construction occurs every day from 8 am to 5 pm and even occurs on Saturdays. There is hammering and drilling at all times. Construction workers are using the elevators so you have to wait a long time before you can get it. Even when you get in, there is barely any room as you are next to construction workers with their equipment. No matter how nice they renovate their apartments, this is a reflection of how little the group cares for their tenants. Their only concern is making money, as they have increased my rent more than 100%. I would be weary before renting in any building owned by this company.
