What a letdown by the online info. Only experience is with regard to getting tourism information. Yesterday, 9/11/16, Sunday, checked the site, and noted that they were "open" (7 days a week per the screen). So, being a NYC resident, I dashed up there mid-day or so, only to be told by the building security people that they weren't open (Sunday). I did try to call before I dashed out. Of course, nobody answered since they weren't open. I was fooled by "Today we're open". Today, Monday, I went up there, only to be told at the reception office that I "MUST" have an invitation before they'd let me up to their office. My intention was to get maps, etc. for our trip to Spain coming up. What a disappointment/shocker that was. The site's information is INACCURATE, and apparently NEVER updated either.
