The staff at this branch are simply great. They speak to you by name . Their own name plates are always displayed. It is such a busy store but the Store Manager Anthony, who has been there like "forever," is great and makes sure his support staff are attentive even in the most busy hours. They beat J&R acrosss the street hands down. I dread when I don't find a product in stock at Staples (rarely) andf have to try J&R. They can learn about customer satisfaction from Staples at 217 Vesey ! Bryan at 160 Broadway

A cashier was very rude to me and cursing at me like I was 3 years old. I don't take that from a heartless woman. Otherwise the store is perfect.
