I'm very happy with my t-mobil...

I'm very happy with my t-mobile service and with the deal I got, but the person that helped me out in this store hustle me.

I bought two cell phones and I was given a rebate for them. Last week I spent a really long time on the phone with customer service and the rebate customer care, and I found out that t-mobile will not grant me the rebate money because my plan doesn't qualify for it.

My fault for not reading the fine prints on the rebate, but I was trusting the fact that I was in an actual t-mobile store... I was wrong.

The representative that helped is Aishah Murray. I'm sure she was aware of what she did, because she won't answer the phone when myself and customer service tried to speak to her. Also she kept calling my girlfriend trying to sell us insurance.

Watch out for this store... Aishah is hustling!!
