If you want to take this bus, I highly recommend you DO NOT take it.



The lady that selling ticket in NY station is terribly mean. It happened on 9/1. That day, I was support to take their bus came back to VA but something happened i couldn't came back hat day. I want there early and asked the lady really courteously if I could charge the day to 9/2, she said no to me with a huge attitude.



That's not the biggest problem because I already know that she is NOT a nice person at all.



The mean reason is she lied to me and a really nice guy Intentionally just because she wants more money.

After she said no to me, I saw a guy that has to get a seat, i asked him if we could exchange the ticket. He agree with it and took my ticket and asked the MEAN LADY that can he use the ticket. The terrible MEAN LADY said NO!!!

Later, I asked her why can't the guy use the ticket, she started to denial every thing. She said that she told the guy "I DON'T KNOW" not "NO" and started to yell at me with some work that I don't even want to think of. I was with the guy when he asked the MEAN LADY, she DID said NO. On top of it, she had been working there for over 2 years (the first time i took that bus was 2 years ago and she was there), also, I bought it from her, how can she not knowing that if the guy can use it or no.



I was really upset after that, I took this bus for 2 years and that was how they treated me. After that, I started to look for another travel agency. I WILL NEVER TAKE THERE BUS ANYMORE!!!! If you don't want to be treat unfair, STOP taking their bus.







PS: They already change the address to 59 Canal ST.

There are lot of travel agency around there is from NY to VA. At the corner of Allen ST and Canal ST, there's a Apex bus,the people are a lot nicer than them.
