WARNING!

Very unprofessional. Lacks communication skills, the broker is VERY LAZY. Never showed up to show the apartment, instead the landlord had to rush home because we've waited outside their apartment for over half an hour. He was late to the second meeting too, and only stayed for 10 minutes, after insulting us about my credit report. Even though the landlord approved us.



Then after almost a month of back and forth with him, trying to rent this apartment, just as we were about to sign the lease we find out the owners arent okay with our pets. EVEN THOUGH Valentin listed in the ads that pets are ok, as well as confirmed in an initial email, and also it was thoroughly mentioned on the application.

AND He wants a months rent fee for not doing jack!



He is VERY unprofessional, doesn't communicate at all. We had to chase him down constantly to get a hold of him. Literally wasted so much of our time I wouldnt recommend him to anyone.
