I bought necklace for my mother's birthday about 2 month ago. first, i little bit doubted buy it on website but when i called them, they were so kindly and gave me exactly information with more detail to choose what i want. It was right choice!! After i got it i compared other store things and mine . Traxnyc is cheaper than others as well as good quality! now i no wonder buy anything on traxnyc!!

TraxNYC scam I needed to buy a present for my mother's birthday and I didnt know where to find one. I am always at work and I dont have time to go to jewelry shops and waste it on choosing. I needed a reliable website to buy the present. I have chosen a set of earrings, but they have a large range to choose so it was very good for me to have different alternatives, I recommend this website to you guys! I wouldnt say so if I wouldnt been recommended this from my friends AND pleased with the results as I am very picky.

I used this website about 3 months ago, it was pleasure 2 have my watch from here. They've got plenty of items that I was looking for and let me have quite a lot of options for my purchase. Frankly, the price line was not higher than i expected in comparison to few other websites i'v been googling, which was the biggest priority for me to choose here.

The service was pretty okay, cuz I actually got to talk to them on the phone about the delievery, and the guy i was talking with was very friendly.

I personally say that its not a bad choice getting through here to get ur thingy whatever it is :), so good luck to you guys.

Item #:10296. For 1500$.

I went to the best jeweler in my town, and they made a metal-test of it.

They told me there was no gold in it at all.

I read from multiple sites, that when/if you send your purchase back to TraxNYC.com

You will not achieve anything else than loosing your product and money.

I've got alot of jewelry from traxnyc over the years and have yet to find anyone else that can even come close to their selection and their low prices. don't be fooled into buying from expensive jewelers, Ive no doubt saved thousands by dealing wit trax.

Always buy from them, best prices online for sure.

The first thing I noticed about TraxNYC was the vast selection of jewelry on their website. It really is amazing that such an amount of jewelry is available for me to buy from own home.

So when I decided to buy a new diamond watch I had to check out Trax. And I wasn't disappointed. The item looked even better than it did in the hi-res pictures on the website.

The only complaint would be that the shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, but I don't think that was their fault. I'll be coming back here for Xmas!!!

I posted multiple reviews on various web sites regarding the misery we experienced by Trax, somehow, Trax has been able to remove my reviews. So, if you’re one of the lucky ones to read my review, stay away from this company!!

I bought my fiancés engagement ring about 18 months ago, It took them more than a month to ship the ring, which was a lot longer than what they promised. The ring was nothing like the picture on their web site. We took the ring to a jeweler in our local mall and when we looked at it under the microscope we were shocked at what we found out. The diamonds on the ring were crooked and not placed correctly, one of the diamonds was actually smashed into the ring. We called Trax and were told to return the ring. A month went buy and we did not hear from them, so we called and that’s when the nightmare started. They had the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen. Every time we called, we were given the run around on why the ring has not been fixed. When they finally returned it, it was in the same shape, we returned it again twice and it was never fixed.



About 4 months later and after returning the ring 3 times, we asked for a refund since their warranty stated that we could return the ring if it’s not in a good shape. They refused the refund and decided and to take or return our calls. Mike, the manager or owner of the store ended up cursing me out and screaming that he will hurt me if I call again.



These 2 paragraphs are a minor summary of the terrible experience we’ve experienced with this company. Please stay away, their warranty that they use to lure customer is a SHAM, the pictures on their web site is nothing like the real products, and their jewelry is terrible.
