So disappointed! Ordered a Teleflora Breathless Bouquet of white and lilac flowers in a gorgeous silver vase for a friends special birthday - she was delivered a cheap bunch of red carnations with a mis-matched pink lily - I called to complain and was promised a replacement bouquet - this never happened! such shocking customer service - never use again
