STAY AWAY! Even if you live in the building DO NOT GO HERE. They SUCK. I have had so many bad experiences and I keep going back- so I am the idiot- but they are literally attached to my building so how can you not take your dry cleaning there? Well after this last go around NEVER AGAIN. They have put holes in my clothing, tried to double charge me and finally this time didn't return all my cleaning back to me on the agreed upon date- minus a dress I was to wear to a wedding that I now will not have for the wedding. And the way they inform me? With a post it note on my bill- with 'dress to follow' REALLY? You can't pick the phone up and at least call the customer so perhaps they can make a back up plan. When one arrives home at 9:00 pm to pick dry cleaning up at their front desk and has to leave the next morning before they even open back up- doesn't give one many options does it. THEY SUCK. STAY AWAY. GO ANYWHERE. DO NOT GO HERE.
