I have to said it a shame how disrespectful staff are unprofessional rude and disorganized. Talk to clients like if we are worthless and that we need to wait or we can leave. Slow bad costumer service. It is terrible i have no other words to describe i personally think this post office should be close down.

This is a terrible and disorganized Post Office ... you will be here for a very very very long time. And they do not care .... Everyday people complain about this Post Office. People argue with the workers at the Post Office everyday. The Post Office do not make changes to improve at all. I have been living in Inwood for 42 years and using this Post Office since I was 12 years old .. and it is STILL THE SAME ... it is the worst Post Office and it will most likely continue to be this way.
