Our two spaces include an 190 seat off-Broadway and an intimate 99-seat space with ample stage and unique seating layouts in the "heART of the theatre district" in Times Square. Previously in the same building as the Laugh Factory & the Elektra Theatre it is now operated by entertainment veteran John Lant of Write Act Repertory, a theatre company based in Los Angeles and New York. The space holds shows by Write Act Repertory, and is available for rent to other theatre-related events, such as performances, readings, workshops, special events and classes. The two theatre complex also host two large bars with performances spaces in each area as well as a year round Haunted House attraction, known as Time Scare, separate but connected to the complex for large scale company events of over 300 people.
