The organization was initially formed specifically to address the needs of ENGLISH/BULGARIAN bilingual young people from 5 to 21 years OLD living in and around NEW York. Over the years. It gradually grew into a broader cultural organization reaching OUT beyond the limits of the Bulgarian community to serve people with diverse backgrounds united by their love for Bulgarian culture.
