Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE! E-Z 8 was literally 300 ft from the Comforts Inn where we originally planned to stay..due to the capacity being reached, we had no choice but the E-Z 8. On their display, they advertise their rooms being $65 a night. They actually charged me $88 because we were so desperate for rest, we stayed. Booked it for a week. Total came up to $600 including taxes. As soon as I walked into my room, there were ROACHES scattering on the walls, fridge, bed... I tried to ignore it because I'm exhausted and I just wanted to sleep. There was a thick STENCH OF PEE. The a/c never got cool, it was like a fan. In the bathroom, the CEILING WAS MOLDING and the lights would make crazy sounds. The staff members look like they broke out of PRISON and they're rude! I went to the front desk to make a complaint and the customer service rep didn't understand English. The SECURITY GUARD had no manners. He tried to fight my son. I left that DUMP! after numerous bed bug bites. I went to complain about the bites and the front dest rep said she couldn't do anything until they actually saw a BED BUG. I went back to my room, lifted the mattress and found 4 huge bed bugs. I took it to the front desk and the rep told me she couldn't refund my money... instead she moved me to another room that was exactly like the first room smh. NEVER EVER go to EZ 8. Look anywhere else but this HELLHOLE!!!!
