first off all tools are very cheap and break easily. everyone is rude, even the store manager jeff. the only pleasant person there was a sweet russian girl who was all smiles.the ethic at thus place are horribly. I had a freind who works there and he got jis hours cut becsuse he took vacation that was approved by corporat. bad business i would give a zero if i coulda
