Don't come here if you can avoid it

Yes, you may be able to get many new, cool phones for free, but they come with a hidden price: many of them are open box. We got five phones from this place, and all of them came from what appears to be open box. They will never admit it, but it's shady business practice. They make money by ordering the most expensive phones from AT&T directly for each account that you open, then sell those brand new phones at full price to someone else. In return, they give you open box phones for free (some can be from over-seas, some can be AT&T phones). Personally, I don't think it's a good deal for the consumer, especially when they identify all the money they take from you under "taxes", when in fact, each $9.99 charge you'll see on your credit card is from a third party that provide codes to unlock each of your phone. The BlackBerry that I received for free, in fact, came with the USB port pins all mis-aligned, and I have to pay AT&T at full price just to get it replaced. In end, I feel cheated. I would have paid a little extra to have the peace of mind that I'm being told, honestly, of all the things that are going on, and for brand new phones instead of open box ones.
