Went in for brake service 1-17-12. Everyone was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Decent waiting area. Turned out I needed brakes and tires. Decided to have both replaced since I was already there. They did the work very quickly; more quickly than they said it would take. I was very pleased. Total bill was a lot. Got home and researched tire prices. Admiral's tire prices are on average about $25-30 higher than other's. Customer service goes a long way with me so I think it was almost worth it. I would have given 3 1/2 stars if possible.

They put a new clutch on my truck. The service engine light came on after I picked my truck back. I took the truck back 2 times to find out what was causing the light to come on. Both times I was told it was nothing. I finally had the Chevy dealer check the truck. The Knock sensor wiring harness was pinched between the transmission bell housing and the engine block. Kirkwood tire refused to compensate me for the damage they did to my vehicle while it was in their care. The manager also was very rude and used a loud hostile voice when I stopped by to discuss the issue with him. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!!
