I called to ask a question and the gentleman that answered was a complete douche bag and hung up on me before I could complete my sentence. i called back to speak my mind and tell him that i thought it was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL to hang up on a person mid sentence. I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone doing business with this this company if this is how they treat their customers.

I was impressed with Marks knowledge and how fast he repaired my trans. I just felt good because he was so honest and professional.
