I called to ask a question and the gentleman that answered was a complete douche bag and hung up on me before I could complete my sentence. i called back to speak my mind and tell him that i thought it was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL to hang up on a person mid sentence. I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone doing business with this this company if this is how they treat their customers.

I went to all trans in good faith, and I have read they have done a good job in the past. My truck has been in 3 times and he has had it in his shop for over a month. He does stand behind his warranty, but this is only because they cant fix it right.
