Provided by YP.comFast reliable service. Moved to MD. 2013.. and have been using Awe Oil Service since then. When they give you the price of the oil and say when they can be at your home...they keep there word. I'm happy I chose Awe Oil.

Provided by YP.comI love Awe Oil! They are always so friendly and quick with their deliveries. I called and spoke to Angie who was very sweet and was even able to call the driver while out on the road to find out an estimated time that he would be delivering. She gave me a window of 12-2 and sure enough the driver Billy, who I found out was the owners son, showed up at 1230. I always recommend them to people I know.

Provided by YP.com10 years with awe , have yet to have a problem , always have had deliveries made , within a reasonable amount of time considering winter road conditions , aways a midline price in comparison when price shopping , In a comparison to the competition , I left my last Major delivery service after they Shot the oil into a low tank , stirring sediment , causing a filter blockage and heater shutdown .

THANK YOU so much for utilizing our family run business for your oil needs this winter. With the soaring prices of oil and the extreme cold, we know that this has been a hard winter on everyone.
We would like to take a moment to apologize to all of you if you at any point experienced less than stellar service. We had a lot of issues in our office that made this the most arduous winter in our entire history. Our full-time office administrator has been out on maternity leave since early January. The part-time help we hired turned out to be a full-time student who was not in the office to help during the busiest phone hours of the day. This left us with one person handling the phones. Had it been a winter like we have had the past few years, the circumstances would have been manageable. What a surprise this year turned out to be. We realize that this is of no fault of our customers and that at no point should we have allowed the stress of the office to be felt by our customers.
We would like to sincerely apologize to any one on the receiving end of any unprofessionalism. We are truly sorry and do not wish people to think this commonplace for our business. We are proud of being a family run business and we want that ‘family’ idea to be felt by all of our customers.
We TRULY do appreciate your business and want to help everyone that we can in a helpful, kind and courteous manner.

Provided by YP.comI got oil delivered from this company and they overflowed my tank...and when I called to let them know what happened, they first said that they did not think we needed oil, so it was my fault and then they said that my brother in law was talking to the deliver guy, so he distracted the guy, so it was not their fault. It was my brother in law's fault for talking to the guy. I told the guy that i wasnt upset and why was he giving me such an attitude. Al he did was yell and blame us for them overflowing my tank...
