Today, My husband, 2 years old son & I decided to trying your location. I was a little hesitant because I haven't had good experience with other Chili's location. Mainly due to poor food quality because it was a new location, My husband said let try it out. We were greeted my the nice host. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. The was no wait time, so that was a minus. She directed us to a booth seat near the entrance. I was very pleased with my seating arrangements. As my family & I was waiting for our waitress, she never came to the table to greet us. She never came over to our table to ask us if we wanted anything to drink. We sat there for about 15 minutes. Another couple came in after us & the waitress walked over to their table & asked them if they would like something to drink. My husband was extremely upset. My son was complaining that he was hungry. We decided to leave. On the way out. We informed the hostess of the horrible experience & she said she was so sorry.
I don't understand what programs you have in place for your employees but you should really reevaluate your customer service program. My family & I will not eat at any of your establishments again. We tried
