The way she continued to argue with me and refuse to get a second opinion on her work was disrespectful unprofessional, and distasteful. I go to the counter to pay her. She says if you don't like the job you don't have to pay. I offered to tip as I had paid for the last bad job she did on my brows. She still fussing and lying as if she didn't mess my brows up. I say to her are you done??? I will never use their services again.

This is by far the WORST salon I have ever been to in my life ! The workers were not only rude, but were so adamant about doing my nails the way they wanted and not what I asked for. They also like to pressure customers into purchasing extra things for their nails. Instead of giving me a simple refill the man who did my nails basically took it upon himself to rip my nails off instead of soaking them. By the time my nails were finished my hands were so soar. When I looked down at my fingers there were cuts everywhere! One cut was so deep I was in shock! Not once did I even receive an apology. Do not give these people your hard earned money!

This salon is rarely busy, good for walk ins. Most of the staff isn't very friendly, you'll probably sit in silence, even if you try to initiate conversation (good thing there's a tv). Also the last time I went I sat in silence while the lady doing my nails and another man, I'm assuming to be the owner had a full blown conversation in another language. All in all not a TERRIBLE salon, but definitely not the best Newark has to offer. I hope. I'll be going elsewhere next time.
