I have been a client of Gene's for about 12 years. One instance, years ago, I was late with an insurance payment. I didn't have a way to electronically transfer a payment and as it turned out, Gene was out of town. Normally I paid my payment in person so I thought that I was out of luck. When I called Gene's business phone, I found a courtesy message with a different number to call for emergencies. Back then, electronic transfers weren't commonplace. So at a loss I called the number. Speaking to Gene, he directed me to his residence and asked his wife to assist me. So on a weekend, while out of town, Gene cared enough about this one person to make sure that I stayed on track with my payments and my responsability to others. Bottom line is that Gene Mullins understands responsability to people, not just payments. Jason M. Stephenson
