Provided by YP.comDo NOT buy from here. They sell you cracked/broken glass items without letting you examine them before being purchased. And will proceed to call you a liar instead of doing anything to fix the problem. This is my second issue with them where I’ve left the store with my item, get home, open the bubble wrap to broken items. They are rude and incredibly unprofessional. I called to explain my problem and the woman did not let me complete one sentence. Instead she insisted on repeating over and over “i not sell you broken item!” They’ve wasted my time and money for the last time. I am disgusted in the customer service i have received today.

Provided by YP.comI spent a $100 on a Kandy pen and a month later the battery died, I was told to bring it in and they would look at it. Well what a waste of time, they checked it told me the battery was dead, and then gave me the number to the manufacturer. Now that's not the way a business should treat a customer, an exchange would have been really nice, but I guess that was asking to much. I won't be going back.

Provided by YPmobileI went here with my husband as first time Vape buyers, and they sold us some juice, which was fine, but when we bought our tank, we wanted to make sure it was glass and not plastic, as sometimes the plastic can crack. The sales person assured us over and over that the tank she was selling us was NOT plastic and was glass. Then we find out weeks later from a different and better smoke shop, that the tank was, indeed, plastic. We shelled out over $60 in confidence and even returned a couple days after the first purchase when the first tank we bought broke, which we chalked up to perhaps us not knowing how to care for it properly. Do NOT go to this shop, unless you want to pay lots of money for a product that they don't have any knowledge on and will try to convince you of incorrect information. And their no return policy makes it so that even when you buy their incorrect, and frankly mediocre, product, you can't even return it. Even though it was THEIR error. On top of all that, most of the staff except for ONE employee are all just plain rude and don't even seem like they wanna be there. Save your time and money and don't bother with this place.

Provided by YP.comOnly a ripoff when Mr. M gets kicked out for selling his own product in the store. Anything that gets returned is checked and if defected is exchanged or credited.
