Me and my fiancé rented a one bedroom apt for a year and I must say it was a true nightmare. One of the worst years of my life. Firstly, the whole corporation is unprofessional. They do not care about your needs and safety, all they care about is getting your monthly payment. The office manager is extremely rude and trashy. Only have living in our unit for one month Me and my fiancé experienced an issue with a leak. When we noticed the leak we emediately notified the management office in writing about what had occurred. Every time we would call the office and attempt to find out when the maintence personal would address the leak, the office manager would avoid my questions and tell me "the maintence crew is busy and they will get to it when they can." It took a total of 4 months for the maintence to fix our leak. Also, our carpet was not properly installed, thus allowing hundreds of flies to make their way into our unit near the balcony. It was so disgusting we even found maget egg shells inside of our unit near the balcony, due to so many flies coming into our unit. In additional, the cement walls are not what they make them out to be. On several occasions I could hear children in the unit next to mine screaming and playing as most children do; also I was awaken on several occasions from the unit above mine playing music obnoxiously at 3:00AM! Teens blast their music at all times of the day to the point that you have to turn your tv up. This complex is so low class cops park in the parking lot next to the pool and hit jack pot pulling people over at the end of the month. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I wish someone warned me!
