We needed a service to pick up and deliver and be reliable and consistant. Lazybones has been awesome! From the first phone call to them to each week; they have been professional, reliable, on time and so easy to use. Even the online portal and billing is so easy. I would recommend them very highly. We specifically requested soap only no softeners and so far each week it has been done correctly. We are all pleased with the company, the pleasant people who pick up and deliver and the entire process!

Currently, I'm waiting. Waiting for Lazybones to pick up my laundry. Waiting, as I've done before, for Lazybones to pick up my laundry and wash it and drop it back off. They are EXTREMELY unreliable with your clothing. They will NEVER pick up your clothing on time and will NEVER return everything in the right manner. Once, they lost my clothes and their insurance policy didn't "cover it."



The thing that they do correctly is wash your clothing. They wash it well and fold it well, but their customer service makes this company not even worth it.



Overall, you can do much better by washing your own laundry. No need to give them business!

Very unreliable, don't expect your child's laundry picked up or delivered at the time promised. They will contact your college student numerous times during class etc. regarding their confusion. Very disappointed. Customer service is extremely poor as well.
