Louviers Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1968 and has operated in New Castle County since its inception. Our primary mission is to serve the financial needs of those individuals that share our core common bond. We remain a sound and well-managed institution dedicated to providing service to our membership through the people-helping-people philosophy of credit unions. We have a reputation for soundness and integrity and are one of the most respected not-for-profit financial institutions in the area. Since 1968\ u201A we have grown to over 11000 members with more than $200 million in assets. Louviers Federal Credit Union is run by a volunteer Board of Directors who are elected by the members.
