Founded in 1989, Mosaic in Delaware offers a range of community-based services. It serves more than 70 individuals in community homes and in New Castle County in Delaware. The facility works in partnership with agencies and organizations, such as the Delaware Division of Developmental Disabilities Services, Delaware Association of Rehabilitation Facilities, and Delaware Health and Social Services. It is a part of Mosaic, which offers a variety of programs and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. It offers support and advocacy solutions to more than 3,600 clients. The agency operates in more than 250 communities in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin.
