They are very difficult to work with. The quality of their work leaves a lot to be desired. Spend a little bit more for quality work, you'll be much happier.

VERY SLOW, VERY BAD ATTITUDE.

This business embroidered a personalized item that was to be an xmas gift UPSIDE DOWN! They were able to take the embroidery out and fix the problem but not once did they apologize or even act as if they cared. Upon informing them that it was upside down, the woman flippantly told me that the person who does the embroidery would take a look at it but probably couldn't get it done before xmas. Customer service is non-existent at this company and I will NEVER use them again. Don't trust them with anything important!!!!!

Friendly, helpful staff, fast turnaround, and good products make this a business I return to year after year. I've ordered several batches of screen printed t-shirts, and every one has turned out well.
