Amazing guy very outgoing and funny. He does the job fast and uses high quality tint. He knows how to keep conversation and treat his customers like friends and their vehicles like his own. He puts a lot of pride into his work.. basically he’s the first to pop up when typed “window tinting” for a reason! He’s the man to call

I've seen Scotty tint hundreds of cars and even a huge tractor! All looked flawless in my opinion. I felt very confident when I had my windows tinted for the first time, even though I didn't really know what to expect. I brought in my 2004 Saturn Vue and hung around while he tinted it. He said it could take up to 2 hours but ended up only taking a little over an hour! I got to know Scotty a bit as I waited for my tint to be done and he's a very nice and personable guy. I can't imagine him behaving in the ways stated by other reviewers. He seemed like a very clear headed and intelligent guy. He's been tinting for 27 years and knows exactly what he's doing. I will take all of my cars to Scotty's and so will all of my friends! If you let bad reviews sway your decision, please re consider. Scotty is nothing but nice, professional, and punctual. Best tinter in Delaware by far.

I contacted Scotty’s Tinting and made arrangements for him to come to my home to give me a price for window tinting.
He sent a man, to do the measuring that does not work for the company, but is just his friend.
I gave a deposit check in the amount of $300.00, and Scotty advised me that he would be there Saturday, September 10, 2016 to do the work at 9:30 am. I waited until 11:00 am called to see if he was still coming to do the work, and he advised that he was just about to call me to let me know he could not make it today. He said he could be out on Sunday or Monday, and I advised Monday would not work for me. He agreed to come out on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 11:00 am. Again, Scotty was a no show, and did not answer my phone calls.
I went to his place of business located at 90 Albe Drive #G, Newark, DE, on Monday, September 12, 2016 to speak to him, but the business was closed.
Do not use this company, they are not legitimate.

worst place ever save your money and time and take it to a professional window tinting shop. He dicked us around when it came time to fix his mistakes on the window tinting I was highly upset since it was not done for free and excuse after excuse of why he couldn't fix the tint right away we are disgusted! Never again next time I will take it to a Professional Shop that knows what they are doing. Cheap pricing but you get what you paid for.

Took my 2014 Honda Accord to Scott for my tint. This was the first time I ever had a car tinted by and him, and it will not be the last. The price and quality of the job were unbeatable. He did an excellent and timely job. I am very happy with my newly tinted car. It looks great and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to you. Thank you Scott.

Took my lexus 350 in for tinti g and was very happy with the look of rhe car the guys at scottus took time to explain about the care cleaning and warranty information he also gave us a multi car discount would refer these guys to everybody. Keep up the good work. Thanks again

My father and I have been doing business with Scotty for near 10 years now and I have to say: Scotty is by far the best around. I've tried to tint my windows myself a few times after watching him,lol but I I always end up taking it back to Scotty. He is truly the best the best. His attention to detail is incredible. I will never pay anybody else to tint the window on any of my vehicles and I can say the same for my father, he loves Scottys work. Anyway if you want quality this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed!!!! Keep up the great work Scotty!!!!

I don't even know where to begin with the poor service and quality i received from Scotty's Tint. First of all he does not work out of Albe Drive in Newark, it's in his personal garage in Avondale PA which would've been nice to know prior to making an appointment. The overall quality of the tint job was poor; pieces that weren't cut unevenly, cut and pasted pieces, bubbles all over and an eyebrow piece on the windshield that didn't even stick. Had to GO BACK to get him to fix the multiple mistakes while also getting cut off and basically discredited by Scott for my concerns. Picked my car up and noticed over time the same problems, plus some, that were still wrong with the tint. I would NEVER recommend this shadeball business to anyone!! He honestly asked me to pick him up cigarettes on my way to get the tint fixed for the second time!! I am beyond upset with the unprofessionalism and poor quality of this place. I am going to get all the tint ripped off and done by someone who has a legit business and stands by their quality of work! SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR CAR AND STAY AWAY!!!!

Did an amazing job watched them and talked to them very professional and funny all out great guys. My first car tinted did the 5 Windows and the eyebrow and the taillights. I highly recommend them they didn't charge much and I'm very satisfied.

Extremely professional experience at Scotty's glass tinting. Very cool guy on top of that, he has amazing prices for his high quality work. He even took off all my old tint without charging me and wash the car when he was finished. I was truly impressed with the service I received.

Just got my 08 tiburon tinted all around . Best price around and the guys aren't out to screw you over . Very nice guys , one of the places that are a hidden gem in the area. Highly recommend this place , and disregard the negative comments made. My car was completed within an hour and a half . They even offered to advertise my side business during the slow season .

I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL so called "Business" man!!! What professional business person, because they couldn't get their dates/stories correct....calls their clients on a Friday night.....DRUNK and leaves very INAPPROPRIATE/UNPROFESSIONAL messages....which I have saved if anyone wants to hear just how he "Operates" his so called......"Business"!!! I thank God this deal fell through before I allowed him to tint my car windows......God only knows what I would have had to deal with....if something would have gone wrong!?!? I would NOT have even given this business a star rating except for the fact, that I could NOT post a comment without it.......

On 8/31/13 my ex asked me to come help her. She and her mom had been waiting on the car to get done for almost 4 hours. And this was just for a tint brow and a rear door tint replacement. She asked me to come help cuz she had a suspicion the whole crew there was on drugs and they kept falling asleep while working on her car. I raced over to find him fast asleep as he was attempting to redo her rear window. I confronted him as to why he was falling asleep and why he had the car so long for not that hard of a job. He couldn't even reply with a complete sentence. Wandering sleeping eyes and slurred speech, he assured me he would finish quickly. The whole scenario looked shady, and like they were on drugs. Very unprofessional and appears we though they live there. Just a warning. Be careful dealing with them. You could be next. Do your research and find a more reputable place.

Took my 1995 Impala SS down today to get my windows tinted and the outcome was awesome!!! Not only were the guys there knowledgeable, but were also very nice and helped me to make any decisions and answered all my questions. I waited while they did the work and even offered to wash and wax my car for a very nominal fee. I've been wanting to get this done for a long time and I am very happy that I finally decided to do it, and that I was able to come across Scotty's shop. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.......as a matter of fact, after I got home with my car, my mom asked if we could get hers done too.........I guess I'll be making an appointment to see them again really soon.

Took my kia forte koup there in July. For starters, this was the best price around the Newark Delaware. But don't be fooled. They're work IS NOT bad whatsoever. Service was quick and Scott and his employees were really friendly. Hands down best in delaware. Why bother over paying at some other company that has 18 year olds applying your tint? Scottie's has been tinting since 89. 23 years experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. First on my list.

I only trust Scotty's with my tinting now. I went there and my car looks amazing now i'd give Scotty's 5 stars hands down. Really good place to go they knew exactly what i wanted and they delivered!!
