STAY AWAY... FAR FAR AWAY... I made the biggest mistake of my life the day I moved into the "SLUMS" of Newark.... Where do I start...... property manager Jennifer is the biggest joke. Don't know how she continues to work here.. She brainwashes her leasing agents so they are basically her puppets and don't want to help ANYONE. Don't get turned on by the way they treat you when you want to rent from Autumn Park because as soon as you sign that lease the ----- comes out in all of them. Mainantance crew is the worse. They change people on a daily basis. Majority of them are drug users and the kind you don't want in your apt fixing anything. Actually majority of the time they don't even come to your apt to fix anything. It takes them months, sometimes a year to fix anything and when they do "fix" it, it is done half ---.property manager says they do a credit check and background check on all new renters BUT if that was true WHY are there so many DRUG DEALERS, people on PAROLE living here. Its not uncommon to have police and probation officers on the property at least once a day. Plus there are Pit Bulls living here even though office says they are not allowed.The whole place is a JOKE... Property manager makes the rules up as she go and no one is ever given the same answer.STAY AWAY.... STAY FAR FAR AWAY.... PASS THIS ON TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW.....
