First off, the office is ran by a bunch of teenagers which is crazy to me. None of the amenities other than the pool they brag about never works. They have roaches for days and you have to darn there threaten them to get maintainence to fix anything. Not to mention that they withhold the cheaper apartments from you. If you go in the office, they'll tell you that their one bedroom apartments are $900 (at least that's what they told me) when in fact they have $720 apartments. The neighborhood is great, I love it. But the complex is just....I don't know.....not good.

I lived here for a year. I have friends who have lived here for a year. NO ONE that I know who has lived here has been happy with the choice. Studio green is basically a business that is run by a company in Texas. They give all of the power to a bunch of kids in the leasing office, and these kids have no experience in running a business. Being a student myself, I found the office abhorrent and impossible to deal with. I am moving out asap--honestly, even if it means breaking the lease and having that on my record. I'd rather that than live here any longer.
