I had appointment for pedi/mani. When I walked in somebody hollered at me from their station "what do you want". I told him I had a 2 o'clock Apptmt. He then asked for what. He told me to go to the other room. I did and waited quite a while. Finally a guy who was going from person to person helping came and began doing my pedicure. It took a full hour. He didn't cut my toenails hardly at all. I asked him to please cut them a little shorter. He did. He didn't do all the steps they usually do. I've been going there for 8 years and they have always had very well trained nail specialists. Not any more. This is the second time I've noticed no continuity of their employees. Won't be going back there again.

Went there for several years. Never missed an appointment, or just walked in.

Came to let them know I couldn't make the appointment and that I just needed a nail fixed.

My nail was fixed and I apologized for not being able to make it. I asked him to schedule me for my manicure. He said not to worry and that the owner would do it the next day.

Well, I showed up the next day for the owner to do my manicure. Impersonally, he tells me that he has someone scheduled and he cannot do it. I opted for them to do my pedicure and noticed the "scheduled" customer, coincidentally, never showed up. Ok, I decide to reschedule for my manicure and the guy does a good job. I leave happy and I give the guy a nice tip for his work.

Unfortunately, a nail brakes and I walk in to have it fixed.

Again, the owner was very impersonal, and reluctantly repairs the broken nail. He was not friendly at all. He preferred to DO SOME TEXTING WHILE working on me. The owner of the business!! What a joke. On top of that, he did not care what shade of color I needed to match my other nails and filed it uneven. Not only will he not get my money nor will I ever send customers to him as I used to. This is what his business will get for being rude. And if you read this message, owner, I remind you that you eat because of the money I payed you.

Horrible sliced my toe open with the razor and charged me full price ...All the said was so sorry. Absolute worse place I have ever been

The manager in Sunlight Salon is horrible. It was a busy day and I decided to pick a different color and I ran there to pick a color within one minute. He immediately followed me back to the chair and told me that they can't waste time on that because he has so many customers and they are so busy, going on and on... We didn't even start it and it took me a minute to pick a different color, I don't know why he has to be so nasty. I will NEVER go back to that salon again!!! I wish I could give 0 star rating.
