Provided by YP.comThe staff is great and very caring... They work with you regarding price, all you have to do is ask. I have had three dogs and they have been great with all three of them. The first one passed away and I can't say enough for how the staff helped me through it. I can't go anywhere else. And no I am not rich. I am a mother of three kids(all teenagers) and two dogs.

Provided by YP.comI also agree with the other review. The staff is nice but the price is too high.

Provided by YP.comIf you can afford it, Dr. Flannagan will almost definitely be the best vet you have ever had. Notice that none of the other reviews mention costs or prices. If you are rich and are willing to spend an unlimited amount of money on your pet then this place is for you.
If not, this place seems to operate by getting as much money from clients as possible. Their services are fine and facility is clean. Vet techs are nice and helpful. But the prices are ridiculously expensive. I really don't understand how they can get away with their prices. Way above other vets. Even if you go with a first time client coupon, you will be amazed at how much they charge you. And they are consistently trying to sell more crap and unneeded services, even while waiting to see vet. With that said, Dr. Flannagan is by far the best vet that I have even heard of. His compassion, bed-side care, and determination to understand and work with the client's desires are unprecedented. Unfortunately, the other vet is the opposite and seems disconnected with the needs/abilities of clients. I felt pressured into $2,000 worth of procedures for what turned out to be a terminal cat. I'm sure he is technically a good vet, but he seemed unable to understand that I could not afford such expensive options. Even after all that, I felt pressured by him to go to a chemotherapy consultation (which is at least $200 by itself) even though I said I could not afford chemotherapy and, regardless would be unwilling to have my dying cat suffer through her final days. I would guess he would be fine for every-day vet care, though or for mild injuries.
Again, if you can afford it, Dr. Flannagan will almost definitely be the best vet you have ever had.
